This workshop is required training for all new supervisors of Regular and Contingent II Staff and those wishing for a refresher.   In this overview of the Performance Management Process (PMP) you will learn about the benefits of performance management, the importance of ongoing communication, the PMP cycle, and strategies for professional development. Michale Sheckleford Tallon , Director of Employee/Labor Relations, and Melody Wright, Manager of Learning & Development are the instructors for this workshop.

We will offer a PMP forms-specific session on February 27th. Please register here for that session.
