If this sounds like you, please register for our July series on Project Management for Non-Project Managers. These sessions are open to all and there is no experience required. Over the course of four sessions, we will discuss:
Session 1, July 7th: Project Management Fundamentals & Why it matters; Identify and Resolve Common Project Challenges
Session 2, July 9th: Communication in Projects; Leading Projects; Waterfall and Agile Approaches and when to use each.
Session 3, July 14th: Key Phases Of Project Lifecycle: Initiation & Planning
Session 4, July 16th: Key Phases Of Project Lifecycle: Execution, Monitoring, and Closure; UMBC PM resources
Bonus Session 5, July 28th, 9:00am-11:00am: Ask an Expert-Join campus Project Managers with your laptop and ask for help on a specific project.
