Join us for an Information Session on re-IGNITE, the newest offering from the HRSTM LEADS Academy! Kicking off in January 2027, re-IGNITE is a cohort-based leadership development program designed for current supervisors, managers, and leaders across the university who want to lead with greater emotional intelligence and situational agility. Over four months, participants blend deep self-awareness (via the EQ-i 2.0® Assessment and a full-day EQ workshop) with the world's most widely used adaptive leadership model, Situational Leadership II (SLII®), learning how to flex their management style to match each team member's real developmental needs. Who it's for: supervisors and managers at all levels — nominate yourself or ask your leader to nominate you

What's included: Module 1 (EQ for Leaders) and Module 2 (SLII® Concepts), which can be taken individually or together as a full cohort track
