As we welcome new employees to our campus departments, you may find yourself leading, or in, a team spanning three or more generations. This generational diversity enriches the knowledge and skill of the team, but can also present challenges in communication and culture.
This session will dive into generational diversity and the overlap with life stages and the needs and wants of each generation. We will uncover potential friction points that may arise due to the difference in mindsets as well as discuss strategies to bridge generational gaps and develop intergenerational cooperation and inclusivity.
