Eat Right, Sleep Well!
Wellness workshop for faculty, staff, and students

Join Chartwells Executive Chef, Kevin Werner, and new Dietitian, Sarena Glenn, in an engaging workshop that focuses on the correlation between what we eat and how we sleep.
Over the course of the workshop, participants will:
- Receive a demo, tasting, and participate in discussion.
- Learn basic changes you can make to improve your sleeping.
- Take away some simple recipes and techniques you can use to implement those changes.
- Bust some of those nutrition myths.
