In today’s fast pace and complex business world, learning to sharpen the productivity saw gives employees a critical workplace advantage in conquering stress and mastering the workplace domain. Come join other UMBC faculty and staff colleagues as part of the Productive Work Habits Series: Ways to Get Stuff Done at UMBC and Beyond to learn techniques, strategies, and tools to enhance your personal and professional effectiveness and skyrocket productivity.
In this informative 1-hour session, learn more about Box, UMBC’s cloud-based storage system, and tips on how to integrate it into your workday. You’ll specifically learn what Box is and basic usage features; distinctions on sharing vs. collaborating; set-up tips regarding receiving notifications; tips on naming files and presentations; and department best practices. You’ll also learn more about ways to get further training for your department or team. Instructor is Holly Bielak, DoIT Instructional Technology Specialist.
