REX Finance Report Training

REX-Finance is a robust reporting tool of UMBC's REX Data Warehouse. The purpose of this course is to provide basic REX-Finance knowledge, specifically how to access standard financial information for departments. REX Finance is a reporting platform for People Finance 9.2 and now includes Grant Activity and Payroll reporting.

After completing this course, the user will be able to:

- Access REX-Finance reports

- Run REX-Finance reports for various departments

- Drill to detail (expenses, vouchers, encumbrances and budgets)in the REX-Finance reports

- Save, print, export to Excel and automatically email reports.

Hands-on practice will be combined along with the demonstration of different activities performed in REX-Finance.
