Session Objectives:
- Navigate through the system
- Review resumes, set flags
- Send applications to the search committee
- Invite applicants to interviews
- Move applicants through the various recruitment statuses
- Use reports to assist with your search
- Send communication to applicants and other users
- Create offer card for selection approval
- Track status of all positions in your area
Audience:
• Search Chairs
HR Hiring Liaisons (those staff that coordinate hiring for their department)
• Hiring Managers (those that directly supervise staff)
