5-Week Gentle Monday Morning Yoga Series
Would you like to start not only your day, but your week off on a peaceful and grounded note? Incorporating some breathing, intention-setting, and mindful movement into your morning routine can set a calm and productive tone for the rest of your week.
Join us Monday mornings at 8 am for some gentle morning yoga, led by Ashley Myers. As we are beginning our transition into fall, Ashley will also be incorporating setting intentions for the week into our practice. If you would like to write this down to come back to throughout the week (not mandatory, just an option), please bring a piece of paper, or journal + a pen with you to your mat (or blanket/whatever you have to practice on).

This series will take place on the following dates: 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12 and 10/19. Please note that when registering, you are registering for the series.
Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
