Gentle Yoga Session
Join your UMBC family for a pre-Thanksgiving gentle yoga session to take a few breaths and find gratitude before the long, holiday weekend. Every BODY is welcome for this non-judgemental, festive practice facilitated by Elaine MacDougall.
*You are welcome to practice with your camera on or off, of course.
Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
