Gentle Yoga Session
Winter is a great time for looking inward, getting cozy, and reflecting on what the past year has taught us. Yoga can give us that time for reflection, so come join others from the UMBC community as we stretch, breathe, and think about what we'd like to manifest for ourselves in 2021.
All levels and bodies are welcome! Elaine MacDougall teaches in the English department and directs the Writing Center at UMBC. She is a 500hr certified yoga teacher who loves to incorporate poetry into her classes! Hope you can join us.
Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
