Take the morning to slow down and reflect during this gentle yoga session. Come enjoy this accessible practice, and cool down your body and mind during the warm summer days!
All levels and bodies are welcome! Elaine MacDougall teaches in the English department and directs the Writing Center at UMBC. She is a 500hr certified yoga teacher who loves to incorporate inspirational readings into her classes. Hope you can practice with us!
Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
