What is Arbutus express all about?

There was a recent entry on the spotlights section of MyUMBC, regarding something newly introduced by UMBC Transit called 'Arbutus Express', i tried to view more information about it but didn't see anything more enlightening.
Can Daniel Teage (or anyone else) shed more light on it?

Hi Nonso,
Hope all is well on your end. The Arbutus Express is an assisted route we introduced this spring to relief heavy congestions during peek hours on the Arbutus/Irvington route. This route departs campus from Commons Dr. and Park Rd. as the normal Arbutus/Irvington route would at - 9:15am, 10:15am and 7:00pm. The shuttle exists campus at Walker Ave. via Wilkens Ave to Courtney Rd./Westland Blvd and back to campus.
