Can Lotte Plaza be added to Route 40/Rolling Rd. Line?

Add Lotte Plaza to Route 40 line

The Lotte Plaza is at 6600 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville MD 21228. It is a very popular Asian store with competitive price. I was wondering if it could be added as an intermediate stop between the Westpark Plaza and Han Ah Reum Market stops. It may add another 10 minutes to the round trip but will be very helpful for the commuters. Thanks.
