In the UMBC Training Centers AI Lunchbox session this week, Tom Cain will give an overview of OpenAI's latest model, GPT-4o, 12-1pm ET, Thursday May 30, 2024 via Zoom.
Earlier this month, OpenAI released the latest version of their model, GPT-4o. The "o" in its name stands for "omni" to highlight its enhanced capabilities to process and respond to audio content, function as a chat assistant, and other new features. In addition to being more capable, it is also free to use interactively and cheaper to use via its API.
Tom will demonstrate some of the new possibilities that GTP-4o opens up for interacting with AI tools in this session, focusing on features that are free for any user.
Register for this Lunchbox Series meeting on their site or through Meetup. If you'd like to see another one of Tom's session demonstrating ChatGPT and other LLMs, check out the earlier Lunchbox sessions on their YouTube channel.
