us for a Gentle Vinyasa Yoga flow and restorative Yin Yoga class as we
get ready for the fall semester. Flow through the first half of class to
breathe and build strength, then make the smooth transition into Yin
with longer, relaxing stretches. You'll come away feeling strong, calm
and balanced both mind and body.
All
levels and bodies are welcome! Elaine MacDougall teaches in the English
department and directs the Writing Center at UMBC. She is a 500hr
certified yoga teacher who loves to incorporate inspirational readings
into her classes. Hope you can practice with us!
Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
