A discussion group for UMBC's women in STEM. In our November meeting, we will discuss the importance of finding your people, or how Abby Wambach referred to in a recent speech, your "wolf pack," and how women in STEM fields can benefit from building their community. Our guest facilitator will be Erin Lavik, Professor of Chemical, Biochemical, and Environmental Engineering.
