Writing + Trauma Workshop
A workshop on mindfulness and healing through writing

Research has found strong links between the process of writing and mitigating stress, anxiety, depression, and the physical symptoms that come with trauma. With this in mind, we are collaborating with the Writing Center to host a program on writing as a tool for healing trauma. Led by Elaine MacDougall, we will work through writing prompts and mindfulness-related activities that help those recovering from various sorts of traumas.
