This discussion is hosted by members of the Women's Center Advisory Board and is designed for and by UMBC faculty and staff. While our series was impacted by campus closing, the Board is eager to present this new opportunity for faculty and staff to connect virtually.
This session is for faculty and staff at UMBC and will center the experience of women. It is designed to allow participants to connect with other women and allies at UMBC during this challenging time. The session will begin with a short presentation, and transition to a discussion section to allow participants to share the experiences they are having while working from home. This article will help drive the conversation. Participants are encouraged to read it before the session.
