Wushu - Modern Taolu Practice
Monday, May 4, 2026 · 7 - 9 PM
Modern Taolu is a performance sport involving agility-based techniques and pre-choreographed routines. Routines are often executed barehanded, or with weapons such as bostaves and broadswords.
Our Taolu practices mainly focus on conditioning to improve flexibility, stamina, and agility, and learning relevant routines in the curriculum.
No experience is required, and people of all skill levels are welcome!
