We know that the excitement from graduation is just barely beginning to fade, but the planning for welcoming new students to UMBC has already begun!

Welcome, Retrievers! is excited to invite sign ups and submissions for the following :

Retriever Fest (Saturday, August 23, 2025)

Academic Resource Fair (Monday, August 25, 2025)

Academic Open Houses ((Monday, August 25 - Tuesday, September 9)

Departmental Open Days (Monday, August 25 - Tuesday, September 9)

Welcome, Retrievers! Pre-Existing Event (Monday, August 25 - Tuesday, September 9)

Submissions due by Friday, June 27, 2025 at 4pm for inclusion in printed booklet
