Central Payroll of Maryland is implementing additional multi-factor authentication measures for our Payroll Online Service Center (POSC) site to protect employee information and payroll data.

Beginning March 30, 2026, POSC will send employees a secure PIN to the email address registered with POSC when they attempt to log in. This means all employees must have a valid email address in POSC; otherwise, they will not receive a PIN and will not be able to access POSC.

Before March 30, 2026, employees should log into POSC and review the email address on record. An employee's email address can be found under the "Modify User Logon" menu located on the right side after logging in.
