Take Your Career Beyond Campus
Thursday, February 19, 2026 · 10 AM - 2 PM
Check out The Washington Center (TWC)'s Career Corner just for UMBC students! This is a great opportunity to learn how you can intern in Washington, D.C. while earning academic credit toward your degree.
During this career corner, you’ll learn how TWC supports students from all majors and works one-on-one to help you secure an internship aligned with your goals and interests.
Through UMBC’s partnership with TWC, you’ll be able to:
- Gain real-world experience through a personalized internship
- Join a professional network of mentors, advisors, and 60,000+ alumni
- Build career-ready skills and map a path toward a career you’ll love
If you have questions about TWC’s Academic Internship Program, feel free to reach out Bria Amos (Bria.Amos@twc.edu). I work with all UMBC students participating in this experience and would be happy to help you get started.
Don’t miss this chance to take your career beyond the classroom—hope to see you there!
