Food, Empire, & Global History

Join us on 11/10 at 1PM in the Library Gallery for a special talk from visiting lecturer, Dr. Simone Cinotto! He is coming all the way from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. This will be a great opportunity to hear about his research and book, Gastrofacism and Empire: Food in Italian East Africa, 1935-1941.
