inova's Administrative Fellowship Program provides exposure to
healthcare management and leadership development to highly qualified
early careerists through a 12-month rotational program and structured
learning series.
Fellows are partnered with senior level preceptors and mentors to foster
their learning while also leading priority work for Inova. Program
rotations across administration, operations, strategy and the clinical
enterprise will serve as robust learning opportunities to foster an
understanding of overall health system governance, leadership and
operations.
