Dress to Impress
Career Month Workshop
In the job market, first impressions do matter. Attend this session to learn tips for men and women on making sure your look is right from head to toe, or from haircut to shoes. This workshop will offer examples of "What Not to Wear" and discuss appearances that work, to help you land your first job or internship.
The workshop will be facilitated by Suzanne Delica, store manager of Clothes Mentor in Columbia, MD.
BONUS! Attend this event and receive early admission to UMBC Suits You, a professional clothing closet for students. Early admission starts at 12:00 pm, April 3 in the Harbor Hall Multipurpose Room.
Please note: UMBC is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive environment for all faculty, staff, students, and visitors. If you would like to request accommodations (e.g., ASL interpreters, captioning, wheelchair access, etc.) for this event due to a disability, please notify us at least two weeks prior to the event. Requests received after that time cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to make arrangements for program access. Please contact the event host (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your specific request and be sure to include the event title, date, and time.
