At Northrop Grumman, we’ve developed the Future Technical Leaders (FTL) Program - a professional development opportunity aimed at identifying and investing in Northrop Grumman’s next generation of technologists, engineers, architects and leaders.
Our FTL Program is seeking talented STEM MS and PhD 2018-2019 graduates interested in learning more about our exclusive three year rotational program working side-by-side with senior technical management. It’s the chance of a lifetime—one that only a few receive. To be eligible for the FTL Program, you must be at the top of your class in a Master’s or Doctoral program. Due to the classified nature of the work, you must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
