Offerings Internship Programs in Washington, D.C.

The Washington Center (www.twc.edu) is the largest independent nonprofit academic internship program in the country. It provides students and recent postgraduates with the opportunity to participate in comprehensive internship programs and academic seminars in Washington, DC.
The Washington, D.C.-based internship program consists of three components:
1. An internship tailored to your interests, skills and professional goals.
2. A LEAD Colloquium consisting of professional track programming and weekly events, including a speaker series, a career boot camp, a meeting on Capitol Hill, site visits and more.
3. An academic course that meets one evening each week and caters to students' interests.
The Washington Center also offers one or two-week Academic Seminars. These programs give students the opportunity to hear from national and international leaders while exploring Washington, D.C.
