Unpacking Unconscious Bias with Cornell Woodson will touch on the fact that bias in the workplace impacts us all. This session allows participants to take stock of their identities, both marginalized and privileged. It will further explore options that we all can take to interrupt and stop bias in the workplace. Lastly, the session will provide concrete ways to own our bias when it shows up in everyday situations.
