The findings of this study will influence how employers recruit students going forward [in-person? virtually? using a "hybrid" approach? This is your opportunity to contribute your anonymous assessment of your job search experiences this year.
The survey, "Students Speak Out on Early Talent Recruiting" will take a deep-dive into your attitudes about, and experiences during, your job search this year – and the IMPACT on your pursuing [or not] employers' internship and full-time opportunities. The survey comprises both quantitative ratings and qualitative open-ended text questions, and the findings will be invaluable to those of us in the profession as we continue to determine the way forward for early talent recruiting - There are a lot of competing narratives about students’ preferences, and this is your opportunity to weigh in.

Survey links will be sent to those who opt in to participate, and the fielding period will extend until Friday, March 18th.
