From August 12 to 21, the Fellows will participate in an immersive program packed with exclusive sessions, behind-the-scenes tours, and team-building activities—all designed to accelerate their careers. They'll receive mentorship from top executives at companies like McCormick, Stanley Black & Decker, Under Armour, Collins Aerospace, T. Rowe Price, and Pompeian, learn what employers really want, and gain insider knowledge of international business culture.

Plus, they'll boost their communication, leadership, and personal branding skills through hands-on experiences and expert guidance.
