As an Intern at Blueprint Robotics, I worked on optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. My day-to-day responsibilities included conducting time studies, analyzing production data using Smartsheet, and identifying areas for process improvement. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and factory floor personnel to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhanced workflow consistency. Additionally, I developed an inventory tracking system to monitor unused materials, reducing waste and generating additional revenue by selling surplus inventory to resellers. I also engaged in problem-solving initiatives, applying Root Cause Analysis to address production inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
