Complete College America is seeking enthusiastic student volunteers for our 2025 Annual Convening taking place November 17-19, 2025, in Baltimore, MD. This premier higher education conference brings together leaders, practitioners, and students from across the country to advance college completion initiatives.
Ideal Candidates
We are particularly interested in students majoring in:
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Digital Media
- Hospitality
- Marketing
- Public Relations
- Visual Arts/Graphic Design
What Students Will Gain

Time Commitment
- Virtual training sessions: October 20-24, 2025
- Conference volunteer services: Minimum of two 4-hour shifts during November 15-19, 2025
Volunteer Responsibilities Include
- Attendee registration and check-in
- Audiovisual support and room setup
- Event/session support and breakdown
- Executive leadership support
- Social media coverage and event documentation
- Supporting exhibitors and sponsors
