Exclusive Early Access: Under Armour

We are excited to share that applications for the 2027 Under Armour Rookie Program are now open!

Under Armour partner school students have access to an exclusive application window before positions are made available to the general public on September 28. Students who apply during this early access period will receive priority review and consideration for our internship opportunities. We would greatly appreciate your partnership in sharing these application links with students, faculty, career services teams, academic departments, student organizations, and other colleagues. While these opportunities will begin appearing in Handshake, students can apply immediately using the direct links below.

A Few Notes for Students
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews in October, but some may not start interviews until early 2027.
Interviews and hiring decisions will occur throughout the recruiting season as positions are filled.
Students who have not heard from us should assume they are still being considered for open opportunities.
