PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The ACCEL Retail Bank Development Program (RBDP) – Consumer and Business Banking Track, is an accelerated development program for recent college graduates with exceptional leadership potential. ACCEL RBDP develops PNC’s next generation of Retail Bank leaders through a 12-month program that provides technical and leadership/professional development training enhanced by experiential learning opportunities. 

The ACCEL RBDP combines leadership and sales/service excellence training with instruction on specific banking operations. Recognized as outstanding representatives of PNC’s brand (At PNC, we care about your achievement), successful graduates are eligible for career advancement opportunities.

The first five months of the ACCEL RBDP learning path offers a basic fundamental understanding of Retail Banking including four key rotations within the Branch and Business Banking divisions.

Potential opportunities exist in Alabama, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related field

•Excellent academic record, 3.0 GPA or greater

•Senior graduating December 2014 – June 2015; or recent college graduates

•Must have U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Visa
