The role of the Media Production Intern would support the work of the Office of Communications for Baltimore City Public Schools. Producing video stories, TV shows, webisodes, graphic design, audio production, motion graphics, content for social media, and helping with the City Schools Student Media Team would contribute to a top-notch intern experience.
Media Production Intern responsibilities include:
• Assisting in video shoots throughout the school district
• Organizing footage
• Editing of videos in Final Cut Pro X or Premiere
• Creating graphics/videos with Motion or Adobe After Effects
• Help produce videos for internal and external use
• Content pushed out via social media channels and Education Channel 77
• Organize Vimeo Channel- http://vimeo.com/cityschools
• Help with City Schools Student Media Team- a program for high school students run by the communications office- See examples here: https://vimeo.com/channels/studentmediateam
• Have reliable form of transportation
• Be enrolled in a college or university
• Have excellent written and verbal skills
