The Impact of Long-Term Professional Development on K-12 Urban and Rural Language Teachers' Open Educational Practices

The UMBC Department of Education Research Seminar series continues with a presentation by Dr. Kelly Arispe of Boise State University.She will present research findings from a mixed-methods study of urban and rural language teachers who participated in a semester-long professional development program centered on Open Educational Practices (OEP) to impact language teaching and learning.

Before her talk, there will be an opportunity to meet the presenter at The Coffee Shop in the Administration Building at 10:30am. All faculty and students are welcome. No RSVP is required for the seminar. Participants are invited to bring their own lunch.
