I am potentially acquiring a home in Upper Fells Point in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Waiting on banks to see if and how loans will work out. At this time, I'm starting to seek out a potential roommate for a 2BR apt and a potential tenant for a 1BR apartment within this home.
The home will be fully renovated, once renovations are complete, rent can be determined. The availability for this home would be somewhere between August and November 2014. As time progresses these details will be less broad.
