I live in a two-bedroom apartment about 12 miles from UMBC campus. I am looking for a female roommate to move in sometime by the end of October ideally. There would be a new lease for a year, starting with the property manager around the end of November/early December. If you want to move in earlier or need to move out by a certain date before the year is up, we can work that out, too.

Rent is about $586 + half BGE + half internet. All other utilities are included. The property manager accepts student loans as proof of income. 

The room would be empty, but the rest of the apartment is furnished including with cookware in the kitchen. There is plenty of parking (no fees, no assigned spots) and 24/7 emergency maintenance available. I have a great relationship with the property manager (very nice lady) and the maintenance staff (very nice, good workers, come to help quickly). I have a clean, carpeted apartment with six panel doors and an upgraded kitchen. We would share cabinet space in the kitchen, the hall closet, and you would have two big shelves in the linen closet in the bathroom. I have pets (dog & cat). (Don't worry - litter box is in my room!)
