Start your week right with the Office of Graduate Student Life (OGSL)! ☕️💛

Join us for another Coffee Monday featuring Dr. Marc Seigar, Dean of the College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences (CNMS)!

Dr. Seigar will be stopping by from 10:00–11:00 AM to meet and connect with graduate students. Whether you want to introduce yourself, ask a question, or just enjoy a casual conversation, this is a great opportunity to get to know the new CNMS dean!

As always, enjoy FREE coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and great company while connecting with fellow Grad Retrievers!Black, gold, and white UMBC flyer promoting “Coffee Mondays: Meet the CNMS Dean” on Monday, November 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Commons 308. The top of the flyer features the UMBC and Office of Graduate Student Life (OGSL) logos against a black background with gold geometric accents. On the left is a portrait of Dr. Marc Seigar, a bald man with glasses and a gray beard wearing a dark suit and striped tie. Beneath his photo, he is identified as Dean of the College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences and Professor of Physics. The flyer invites graduate students to enjoy free coffee, tea, or hot cocoa while connecting with their peers. A highlighted section announces that Dr. Seigar will visit from 10:00 to 11:00 AM for informal conversations and questions, with no formal program. Additional details identify the event as open to all UMBC graduate students and encourage attendees to bring their own mugs to reduce waste. Decorative elements include a steaming UMBC coffee mug surrounded by coffee beans, a campus building photograph, and gold accents throughout the design.
