Ease into an at-home yoga practice designed for GAs

As part of GA Health Week, join the Graduate Assistant Advisory Council (GAAC) and yoga instructor Maureen Rosenbloom for an interactive yoga demonstration that you can replicate at home!
Maureen Rosenbloom is an experienced yoga instructor from Rolling Brook Yoga studio who will lead us in three 15-minute yoga sessions designed to be replicable at home for those of us that are strapped for time and can't make it to an hour-long session on campus. She will provide a handout with the poses so we don't have to remember them all!
The class will be held on Wednesday, 2/27 from 1:15 to 2:30pm in the RAC Fitness Studio (at the far end of the Cardio Balcony). All props provided. Space and props are limited.
