Clothesline Project and Relationship Violence Resource Fair
Join us for a display of the Clothesline Project!
Students, Faculty, and Staff have made t-shirts describing their experience with sexual assault and relationship violence. On Thursday October 24th, these t-shirts will be hung shoulder-to-shoulder on a clothesline for public viewing, as if the survivors are there themselves, telling us their stories.
The Clothesline Project gives voice to the experiences of survivors, victims, family, and friends who have been affected by violence. All are encouraged to attend and participate.
Resources and information from University Health Services, the Women's Center, the Relationship Violence Awareness & Prevention program, and Green Dot will also be available at the display.
Following the resource fair, there will be a reflection and discussion session in the Women's Center at 4pm.
