Drowsy Driving Prevention Week: Good Morning Commuters!

As a part of the UMBC "Get Your Sleep On"campaign, join us for a week full of events related to spreading awareness about the dangers of drowsy driving and how you can prevent putting yourself and others at risk.
Come out for free breakfast if you're a commuter student! Just show your commuter gold card to enjoy an energizing morning meal and socialize with other commuter students!
This Good Morning Commuters breakfast is sponsored by University Health Services (UHS) and there will be UHS staff available to distribute material about how to get better sleep, tips for commuters to avoid drowsy driving, and to answer any questions related to sleep or the services offered by UHS.
