Keep It Moving Challenge
Evidence shows that consistent physical activity helps prevent chronic disease, improve quality of life, maintain mental health and promote healthy aging.
The COVID-19 pandemic has kept most of us indoors, which has made it harder to stay physically active. Through the Keep It Moving Challenge, we're hoping to encourage people to get active every day, even while spending most of our time at home and keeping our physical distance.
From Jan. 1 to April 11, we hope you'll get involved in participating in this Challenge. We know we can reach our goal of more than a billion collective steps!
