Come to the Honors College Yoga this Wednesday!
This is our second-to-last meeting for HC Yoga and it's one of the last chances this semester to take some time away to practice little bit of self care!
Join us and a certified yoga instructor who will help you relax, re-energize, and re-focus so you can rock the rest of your week! The class will focus on stretching, breathing, and learning a bit about yoga and the way that you can use yoga as a tool in your everyday life to re-energize and destress during a busy semester. NO experience necessary. Come in clothing you can move a little in, and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided if you don't).
