PageUp released an exciting new feature yesterday for viewing applicants. The Applicant Progress Board provides a clean concise way to view the progress of your applicants for a job.
Features include:
•An overall view of applicants on a job requisition
•Links to key applicant documents (resume, application, cover letter, etc.)
•View of applicant details
•Ability to change an applicant’s status by dragging and dropping the tile
•Reminder if an applicant’s status has been idle for 30 plus days
The applicant progress board will appear on the dashboard for Hiring Managers. An on-screen guide will be displayed upon your first use of this feature and will guide you through the process.
Users will also see the applicant progress board when entering the applications grid (the list of all the applicants).
Important Things to Know:
You may switch back to the applicant list view by clicking the button (usually in the upper right corner) to go back to list view.
The applicant progress board does not currently have all functionality of the list view. Bulk actions are not available at this time.
