Workshop Wednesdays: Workshopping Radical Love & Belonging
What's your role in cultivating belonging for others?!
Workshop Wednesdays w/ i3b are monthly opportunities for faculty, staff, graduate students and adult learners to engage around social justice topics that can support their personal growth and professional development. All sessions are interactive, and designed for skill-building and practice.
Session Focus: Workshopping Radical Love & Belonging
Welcome to February, the month of love! Join i3b as we explore our deepest held value and practice of cultivating Radical Love and Belonging. This session will explore definitions and best practices connected to cultivating belonging for staff, students, and faculty. Participants will engage in group sharing, personal reflection and commitment making as they together explore what radical love and belonging looks like and feels like in university spaces. Most importantly, participants will leave with a better understanding of how they can the share the responsibility of cultivating belonging and inclusion for all campus community members.
*To increase access and flexibility, all Workshop Wednesday Sessions will be held virtually. *
Our i3b staff strives to create the most inclusive environment possible. All undergrads, grads, staff, faculty, and alumnx are encouraged to attend!
