Workshop Wednesdays: Radical Love & Belonging in Onboarding
Inclusive Onboarding Strategies for Retention and Belonging
Workshop Wednesdays w/ i3b are monthly opportunities for faculty, staff, graduate students and adult learners to engage around social justice topics that can support their personal growth and professional development. All sessions are interactive, and designed for skill-building and practice.
Session Focus: Radical Love & Belonging in Onboarding
Join i3b as we continue exploring belonging across campus and in our Division. This session is Part 2 of Inclusive Hiring in DoSA and will focus on onboarding strategies for inclusion and belonging. Participants will leave with a better understanding of behaviors and practices that help welcome new team members, cultivate belonging, and plant seeds for long-term employee retention. This session will include tips for professional and student staff onboarding.
*To increase access and flexibility, all Workshop Wednesday Sessions will be held virtually. *
Our i3b staff strives to create the most inclusive environment possible. All undergrads, grads, staff, faculty, and alumnx are encouraged to attend!
