Fitness Basics Workshop for Faculty & Staff

Want to get a low impact Total Body workout during your workday?
This is a good “starter” workshop! The Fitness Basics workshop provides a great balance of low-moderate level cardiovascular training, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance. It’s the perfect work-out if you don’t want to get too sweaty before going back to work. Feel free to stay in your regular work clothes and put your sneakers on!
And, if you enjoy the class, continue to come back! Fitness Basics is a standing class offered every day at 12 noon on the Arena Track.
