Join the Department of Modern Languages, Linguistics, and Intercultural Communication to watch Los Lobos, a story of "two children [who] emigrate to the US with their mother. Their days pass in a tiny flat waiting for her to come back as they hold on to the hope of visiting Disneyworld".

These programs send UMBC students abroad and bring international students to our campus every semester! With a UMBC Exchange program, you are billed UMBC tuition and fees and pay housing abroad.
